They say you can't keep it unless you give it away. Being of service is how we can "give it away".
There are many ways to be of service. Below is information and links to forms that you can fill out for various positions, with the suggested criteria as may apply.
You can also contact the Service Center with questions about volunteer positions.
Service Center Volunteer Positions
The best way to sign up for Service Center volunteer positions is to use the on-line sign-p page. This puts the sign-up immediately available to the various coordinators. Other more "manual" sign-up methods are also available below. |

- Hotline Volunteer - makes time and phone available to answer calls to the AA Hotline. These calls are forwarded to a phone of your choosing - you do not have to be at the Service Center. Minimum six months sobriety required, no suggested length of commitment. (Hotline Volunteer form in PDF for faxing) (Hotline Volunteer form as MS Word document for emailing). (These forms are also used for the 12-step volunteers, below.) .
Clubs
These clubs allow others to celebrate your sobriety by publishing your success in the Communique.
Membership contributions to these clubs help maintain the Service Center.
- Birthday Club (PDF): Send one dollar for each year of sobriety, and we will publish your birthday in the next Communique.
- The Bucks O' the Month Club (PDF): Contribute $20 to your service center to help us support the groups, and you will receive one year's subscription to the Communique.
